what is or are the best sound mods to use in warthunder as of right now for both GF and air battles (or usable very near future), i currently found the [boris sound mod] and [epic thunder], they cannot be used together which is to bad as both have great sounds.
This version is the same as BSM v20,12,16 but simply puts the sound files inside a "mod" folder. Panther A propably has the best sound of all the ones in the mod, although you should also listen to the Crusader AA and the Cromwells, their V12's have this high pitched raspy sound to it where as the larger V12's in the Panthers just roar like the beasts theyre named after. Currently im trying to fix the audio dropping issue and need people who play long sessions to test this, and see it it has helped. Open the game’s config.blk, which is located in the War Thunder game folder, by using any text editor and add the line: enable_mod:b=yes to the sound block, pictured below. The Sound Mod replaces all War Thunder Ground Vehicles sounds that are perhaps lacking with something more Immersive Works with update 1.67, fixed katyusha Rockets sound**Planes sound mod preview Test** ------->Not changed much<------- as its made with GF in mind however it would be helpful if people played "Battle...Works with update 1.67 Hopefully this has fixed at least the majority of issues with the engine sound dropping out.
