Several characters who didn't have much depth to them before get significant time in this season and in particular Ava and Zari get some much-needed fleshing out. Rip Hunter kommt auch viel besser rüber als in der Staffel davor und es macht Spaß ihn und Sara um den Posten des Captain hin und wieder kämpfen zu sehen.
